Training in a private studio has many advantages including, privacy, and better concentration. I encourage you to bring your favorite cd with you as studies show that training to music you enjoy promotes a better workout.
Each of us is unique , so every training program I create is different. They are goal specific, and incorporate both resistance and cardiovascular training.
As we train I am constantly re-evaluating your progress and adjusting your program accordingly. This method ensures continuous progress.It also keeps you interested and motivated.
