Steven is an outstanding professional that developed an individualized training program that addressed cardiovascular programming and how to balance exercise and modify on-the-go eating habits with a hectic lifestyle. Having worked with personal trainers in the past, Steven stands out as an exemplarily model of how to do things right from a training and nutritional perspective. I have learned to pay more attention to taking care of me and I'm wearing a size 25 waist in True Religion jeans.!

I started training with Steven 8 months ago. After the first month I began to notice improvements in both my strength and my endurance. The workouts are always exciting and different. I have lost almost 45 pounds of fat, and increased my lean muscle. I like who I see in the mirror now. Thank you Steven.

I met Steve about three years ago when he was experiencing his own health problems. He blamed his health problems on gaining a lot of weight. He spoke about fitness and nutrition and told me about his experiences as a fitness trainer. he said he was planning on getting his certification as a fitness trainer.
Watching him leap into action was nothing short of miraculous. He started his own fitness and nutrition program as well as his education to become certified. Over the course of a year I watched Steve transform his own body into a healthy, fit specimen.
After seeing what Steve could do, I decided I wanted him to help me do the same thing. I have been overweight my entire life, have tried many, many programs, had quick results, and then failure which led me to more weight gain than I started with. But, there were some problems. I had hypertension and was also experiencing pain in my left shoulder. Steve said before he would do anything, I would have to get clearance from my medical doctor as well as find out what was wrong with my shoulder. So I went to my medical doctor, he had no problem with me starting a training program, really encouraged me to do so. And at Steve's insistence, I also made an appointment with an orthopedist and after several appointments learned I had a rotator cuff tear. Steve absolutely would not start a fitness program with me until my shoulder was repaired. Being the stubborn, hard headed person that I am and really wanting to get started with a fitness program, I checked into other programs. One trainer I spoke to said, "No problem, we will have you sign a waiver and we'll get you started." I also checked into some online training programs and ended up signing up for one of them. I might add that,in signing up for this program, I made them aware of my hypertension and my shoulder pain, but nowhere in the plan they devised for me, was that addressed. I started following the workout plan and the nutrition plan that the program recommended, as I was doing this I was speaking to Steve, mentioning some of the things I was doing but never telling him I was following a program online. His response to everything I told him was that I was not eating the right foods at the right time, and I shouldn't be working out because of my shoulder ( I had recently purchased some power block dumb bells). Anyway, after about a week of following this program, Steve called me one morning to see how I was doing and right away could tell something was wrong. After much persistence from him, I finally told him that I felt horrible, had no energy, and although I had eaten several meals already that morning, I kept getting shaky. He jumped into action, told me exactly what to eat and when and checked on me frequently throughout the day. I followed Steve's instructions and within a couple of hours felt human again. Needless to say, I did not continue the program I had been following and finally decided rather than damage my health further, I needed to follow Steve's recommendations and wait until my health was stable. Out of all of the programs I looked into, and of all the trainers I spoke to, Steve was the only one that had a genuine concern for me. I could see that being a certified fitness trainer was not just about making money for him, he truly wants to help people, and he wants to do it the right way. I had surgery on my shoulder about a month ago and I am still recuperating from that, but I look forward to working with Steve when the doctor releases me. I am sure after 44 years of being overweight and unhealthy, that with Steve's help I will finally be successful in achieving my ideal body weight and I will feel much healthier and stronger!

Hi Steve!
You my man, have made this happen. I was able to defeat the #1 seed in the semis...rest up and eat (kind of ) right and defeat my opponent in the finals to win the whole bloomin tourney! I am not kidding! I started to run out of gas a little in the second set of the finals. I started making some mistakes, but was able to pull it back in, keep it in play and win. Without your endurance...this old woman would have not made it.
Many thanks. Steve, I have actually cancelled my tennis at Chatmoss tomorrow. I think I will only take a light workout, as I am TIRED. I'll keep it at 12...if you wish since I've already changed the time...but 9 is really good for me too. Please let me know if you would rather do the training at 9.
Pooped and proud.
